I highly recommend Best Roofing & Waterproofing. I was experiencing a leak after the 2024 ice storm, and Jason came out and took video of all the parts of the roof that were failing. He caught all the spots my home inspector didn’t see during the inspection the year prior. Jason took thorough video of each location, showing me where there was rot, or other damage. I was so appreciative of him providing thorough documentation. It made my decision to have the work done an easy one. I was in fact so impressed with Jason, it wasn’t until the 3rd time talking with him, that I discovered he wasn’t the owner of the company. He took such personal responsibility and had the professionalism of an owner. I highly recommend using Best Roofing and Waterproofing.

Dominique lazott from the office was very nice and professional and she calls you back, Josh potter was very nice and professional, he didn’t mind answering and questions the came up, the guys up on the roof were hard working ,polite professional and knowledgeable,they always left the job site clean and showed up when they said they would. I would have no problem using them again in the future

We got estimates from three different companies. We have some different roof slopes and Best was the only company that offered us several solutions. Jason went out of his way to help us. My only advice, which would apply to any company, is to discuss flashing colors when you choose roofing colors.

What a great company to work with. Their crews were on time, attentive to detail, efficient and friendly. They did a great job. A very large tree came down in the ice storm of January 2024 and damaged the roof of our house and garage. Of course all business were swamped with people needing repairs. We had to get the tree off, then a roof repair and ultimately the interior work. Best was recommended to us tho we had another company that we had worked with about ten years ago. Best was right on it. We got very clear estimates and they helped us deal with several options in terms of repair as well as making the front of the house look consistent from the street view. We actually handled this from a distance, a great distance because we were out of the country–but electronic communication with pictures of the estimates, the ability to sign documents and even pay electronically made this all very doable. They could have easily sold us a more expensive repair because we were concerned that the appearance be consistent but on one side of the house that really wasn’t necessary. Their estimates included very clear pictures. I thought the price was quite reasonable. They were able to get the work going and finished on a very reasonable time line. It all looks great and we love NOT taking water anymore! One employee, Moi, went out of his way to clean up another part of our roof after a long day on a Sunday. I was so appreciative I tried to tip him but he refused it.
I would highly recommend Best Roofing and we will certainly use them again if we have roofing needs!
